diagnostic tool
An endoscope is a device that is inserted into the patient for medical examination of internal organs. This procedure is also known as endoscopy. After use, the endoscope must be reprocessed so that it can be used for the examination of the next patient without posing a risk of infection.
During reprocessing, the endoscope is cleaned and then sterilised. After manual pre-cleaning, mechanical reprocessing takes place in fully automatic washer-disinfectors (WD-E). Pure or ultrapure water is required at a consistently high quality for the rinsing steps in WD-Es.
Ultrapure water

In order to provide microbiologically pure water at all times, ultrapure water for the WD-E is treated in multi-stage water treatment systems using thermal disinfection.
Our cabinet systems are compact, can be disinfected using heat and are self-contained systems for the production of ultrapure water for cleaning endoscopes.
Our compact units feature one or two reverse osmosis units combined with a circulation unit, including an ultrapure water tank. The complete unit is mounted on a frame and controlled by a central PLC. Thermal disinfection of the loop can be programmed freely.
